As the South Bay sun cools ever so slightly and routines return, we’re welcoming fall the best way we know how with four unforgettable pasta features, each offered for one weekend only this September.

Each dish was crafted with seasonal inspiration and our signature handmade touch. Whether you’re here for bold and creamy, rich and savory, or something just a little unexpected (purple gnocchi, anyone?), there’s a special waiting for you.

Here’s what we’re dishing up:


September 5–7: Short Rib Gorgonzola Tagliatelle

Slow-braised chuck roll meets ribbons of handmade tagliatelle in a luscious porcini mushroom and gorgonzola cream sauce. Finished with fresh spinach and crushed pistachios for crunch.
💭 Rich, earthy, and indulgent—perfect with a bold glass of red.


September 12–14: Capesante al Zucca

Seared scallops over wide pappardelle pasta, tossed in a velvety butternut squash cream sauce and finished with crispy fried sage.
💭 Elegant, buttery, and a little sweet—fall on a fork.


September 19–21: Pork & Pera Risotto

A bone-in pork chop served over creamy parmesan risotto with fresh pear, finished with a balsamic glaze and a sprig of rosemary.

September 26–28: Purple Yam Gnocchi

Purple yam gnocchi tossed with crumbled sausage, broccolini, and parmesan cream. Topped with fried sage and love.
