1. We’re Family Owned and Operated
Bettolino isn’t part of a restaurant group or national chain. Since opening our doors in 2015, we’ve remained proudly family owned and operated by husband and wife team Andreanna and Sean.
Every menu change, bottle of wine, special event, and guest experience is something we personally care about. Our goal has always been simple: create the kind of neighborhood restaurant where guests feel like family and every visit feels special.
2. Our Entire Kitchen Is Seed Oil Free
One of the biggest changes we’ve made, and one we’re incredibly proud of, is transitioning our entire kitchen to be seed oil free.
We cook with extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, and Fera Fruit Oil instead of traditional industrial seed oils. It was a change that required rethinking our cooking methods and investing in better ingredients, but we believe it’s worth it.
Whether you’re joining us for pasta, seafood, steak, or one of our appetizers, you can enjoy your meal knowing every dish is prepared with the same commitment to quality.
3. Our Wine Program Is Built to Be Explored
Our list is thoughtfully curated with bottles from Italy and California that pair beautifully with our menu. Whether you’re looking for the perfect wine with handmade pasta, celebrating a special occasion, or simply discovering something new, our team is always happy to make recommendations.
Last year, owners Sean and Andreanna traveled to Puglia, Italy to explore the region’s wineries and immerse themselves in its rich winemaking traditions. During their trip, they discovered Cantelle, a winery whose wines perfectly captured the character and flavors of Southern Italy. After experiencing the wines firsthand, they knew they had to bring them home. Today, Cantelle proudly has a place on our wine list, allowing our guests to enjoy one of the unforgettable discoveries from their journey through Italy.

4. We Love Supporting Our Local Community
Bettolino has always believed restaurants should be more than places to eat. They should help bring people together.
