Our Parmigiano Panini is a satisfying vegetarian-friendly lunch option. We bake our breaded eggplant while the mozzarella cheese melts on the ciabatta. It’s so delicious that even non-vegetarians gobble this one up.
What pairs together better than truffle and prosciutto? Nothing, that’s what. This delectable delight is served with thinly sliced prosciutto, local mozzarella from DiStefano Cheese, and arugula that’s been tossed in a light truffle oil. Devine!
Just when you thought you were “over it” when it comes to chicken for lunch, think again. We grill organic chicken from Mary’s Farms and top it with caramelized onions, roasted peppers, arugula, and lemon aioli. How’s that for a sandwich?
There’s nothing short about the preparation for this sandwich! We braise our short ribs for six hours in our Il Fauno wine, then shred it onto the ciabatta with caramelized onions, roasted peppers, arugula, and a rafano cream sauce. Mama always said all good things take time.
