Our kitchen team is the heart and soul of the Bettolino Kitchen menu! They take great care to ensure that your meal tastes delicious and looks Instagram-ready every time you join us. 

We thought we’d take the opportunity to introduce you to a few of these hardworking and loyal team members in our blog post this week.

Meet Ricardo

Ricardo has been on our kitchen team for over two years and was recently added to our kitchen management team. He takes great pride in his attention to detail in cooking and always has a great attitude! In his free time, he loves going to concerts and spending time with friends.

Meet Vidal

Before joining our team when we opened our doors back in 2015, Vidal worked at our sister restaurant Gaetano’s. He’s the head of the kitchen and always ensures that each dish arrives at your table as perfect as possible. Vidal has two children and loves to sing!

Meet Francisco

Francisco also started with us when we opened in 2015 as a prep cook, and is now a kitchen manager. It may be hard to tell through the mask, but he is always smiling. To be honest, we’ve never actually seen him without a smile!
