This year, we are especially excited about what we are serving for the occasion.
Alongside our regular brunch menu, we will be offering a special Mother’s Day Betto Box, created for sharing and enjoying together. It includes polenta with poached egg, mushrooms, and truffle, short rib hash, pizza fritta, and an artichoke frittata. It is the kind of spread that feels generous and celebratory, with a little bit of everything you want from a holiday brunch. Rich flavors, beautiful presentation, and dishes meant to be passed around the table and talked over.
We will also be featuring a special lobster risotto with asparagus and scallops, a dish that feels especially fitting for Mother’s Day. Elegant and seasonal, it brings together everything we love about spring on one plate.
