One of our favorite things to do when the seasons change is reimagine some of the dishes on our menu to consider seasonal flavors. And while we believe every season is right for serving prosciutto (anyone else?), the winter brings out the opportunity to indulge in more hearty dishes that use ingredients like figs, kale, and feta. We’ve freshened up our lunch menu with a few new additions that we know you’ll love!
Calamari Con Gamberi
Kick off your lunch in Redondo Beach with a starter shared between everyone at the table. We’ve updated this classical favorite of lightly fried calamari to now include shrimp. The dish is served with lemon slices and a zesty lemon aioli. Each bite is crisp yet airy, and so light that you’ll have a hard time believing it was fried!
Prosciutto & Fig Panini
Indulge in the perfect harmony of sweet and savory with our Prosciutto & Fig Panini. We’ve crafted this panini with rustic Italian bread, prosciutto, provolone cheese, fig aioli spread, arugula, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Trust us – it tastes just as amazing as it sounds!
Turkey Carciofi Panini
If you’ve ever tried our Carciofi Pesto starter, you probably have the same thought as us: “I want to put this on everything.” So we did just that by putting it on a new handheld! Served on rustic Italian bread, this panini features sliced turkey, fresh spinach, that delicious carciofi spread, provolone cheese, and juicy heirloom tomatoes. Insert chef’s kiss here!
Kale & Quinoa Salad
We always love adding a healthy option to our menu without compromising on flavor. This vibrant dish features kale, parsley, lemon vinaigrette, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, quinoa, garbanzo beans, and a sprinkle of almonds. Enjoy it on its own, or with an added protein for a heartier meal. It’s a medley of textures and flavors that will leave you feeling satisfied.
