This summer, we’re excited to share that Bettolino Kitchen is now serving organic, local, farm fresh eggs from Uncle Paul’s farm in Rolling Hills every Saturday and Sunday during brunch.

Yes, the eggs are fresh. Yes, they’re local. But the best part? Gathering them has become part of our kids’ summer job.

Each week, the kids will head over to Uncle Paul’s farm to help collect the eggs that will make their way onto your brunch plate at Bettolino. It’s simple, hands-on, and the kind of family tradition that reminds us why we love doing what we do.

For us, food has always been about more than what’s on the plate. It’s about family, connection, and taking care with the ingredients we serve. These eggs travel just a few miles from coop to kitchen, bringing a little piece of our family’s summer routine straight to your table.
