Before we launch our refreshed menu on June 5th and surprise you with a few new creations, we’re excited to share the old favorites making a comeback by popular demand. Try not to drool on the screen as we reveal these bad boys.
Lasagna Napoletana
We heard you loud and clear on the weekends that we served this as a special, and are bringing it back for this season’s menu refresh. The Lasagna Napoletana features handmade pasta sheets stacked with grass-fed ground beef and Berkshire pork, all layered in a creamy parmesan cream sauce and topped with crispy spinach. It’s like a slice of Italy right here in the South Bay… but somehow even better.
Watermelon Panzanella
If you’re craving something fresh and zesty, our Watermelon Panzanella salad is your go-to. We mix up wild arugula, juicy watermelon, creamy feta cheese, rosemary croutons, and cucumbers, and toss it in a tangy shallot vinaigrette. Whether you love it as a starter or as an entree with grilled chicken on top, it’s the definition of summer in a bowl – and we can’t get enough of it!
Capesante di Aragosta
You can thank the moms for this one. Originally served as our 2024 Mother’s Day special, it was such a hit that we’ve decided to add it to the menu for the summer. Our Capesante di Aragosta features a creamy lobster risotto, topped with seared scallops that’ll melt in your mouth. We add in some grilled asparagus for that extra crunch and flavor pop. If you’re craving seafood this summer, this is the dish you want!
