Membership Agreement

By joining the Bettolino Cellar Club, you authorize Bettolino Kitchen to charge your credit card $85 per month until your membership is canceled.

Your membership includes:

Two hand selected bottles of wine each month
Complimentary monthly tasting during pickup week
10% off all bottled wine (dine in and to go)
Exclusive member pricing and special events
Priority reservations and member only offers

Please note:

Membership has a 3 month minimum commitment.
Your card will be charged automatically on the 1st of each month.
Wines are available for pickup during the designated monthly pickup period at Bettolino Kitchen.
Wine selections do not roll over and cannot be shipped.
Members must be 21 years of age or older.
Membership may be canceled after the initial 3 month commitment with 30 days written notice.
Cancellation Policy: Membership may be canceled at any time after the initial 3 month commitment by providing 30 days written notice. Your membership will remain active, and your monthly billing will continue during the 30 day notice period. No refunds or partial month credits will be issued for charges that occur during this period.
