Kick Off a Delicious 2023 With These Foodie Holidays

We get it – the start of a new year is typically reserved for goals of switching from sugar to salads, swapping carbs to carrots, and all the other healthy moves. Somewhere along the way though, there comes a time when you need an excuse for indulging in a craving.

That’s where we come in! Allow us to give you permission to indulge on these delicious foodie holidays. Your happy heart will thank us later.

National Spaghetti Day: Wednesday, January 4

We take it back to the roots of the most classic of pasta dishes on this day. This year’s event falls on our weekly gluten-free pasta night*, so you can celebrate with a healthier option.

National Gluten-Free Day: Friday, January 13

Great news for those who don’t eat flour: you don’t have to wait until our weekly special to enjoy gluten-free options! We have a fantastic risotto dish and a short rib that is gluten-free without modification.* Ask your server for more details.

National Gourmet Coffee Day: Wednesday, January 18

We serve up Caffe Vergnano, an authentic Italian coffee brand that gives a creamy gourmet experience with every sip. Try it in our French press, cappuccino, or straight up as an espresso shot.

National Cheese Lover’s Day: Friday, January 20

Whether it’s parmesan shredded tableside for your pasta, a delicious ball of fresh burrata to accompany your focaccia starter, or thinly-sliced provolone to kick up your panini for lunch, trust us when we say we have the best cheese in town.

National Chocolate Cake Day: Friday, January 27

If you haven’t tried our flourless Torta di Cioccolato, today is the day to give it a try. Rich dark chocolate pairs perfectly with toasted almonds, vanilla cream sauce, and a scoop of gelato.

National Tortellini Day & National Italian Food Day: Monday, February 13

Although we celebrate all Italian foods on this day, it’s only fitting that we highlight our best seller – our Tortelloni al Limone. These perfectly stuffed pasta pillows topped with a bright lemon cream sauce are a dream come true. Check out how we make them in this behind-the-scenes post!

Valentine’s Day: Tuesday, February 14th

Although it’s not technically one of the “foodie holidays,” it’s certainly one of the most popular days of the year to sit down to a great meal with those you love. We have limited seatings available, so we recommend booking your table in advance.

National “Drink Wine” Day: Saturday, February 18th

You don’t have to tell us twice to drink some wine! Falling on a Saturday this year, it’s the perfect reason to give our Bottomless Bellinis a try if you haven’t already. Our sparkling prosecco is served with your choice of fresh juice for just $20.

National Pistachio Day: Sunday, February 26

A day to enjoy another fan favorite on our menu – the Pesce al Pistachio. We get fresh shipments of wild Alaskan halibut daily, coat it in our pistachio breading mix, and serve it over creamy mascarpone mashed potatoes. Crispy kale and a lemon pesto sauce complete the dish, making it everything you’ve ever dreamed of for dinner.

National Meatball & National Crab Day: Thursday, March 9th

Our Grandma Dotty’s meatball recipe has been a staple on our menu since our opening days, and our Crab Arancini is a new creation we’ve added to the menu within the last year. Enjoy both for half-price during happy hour from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. daily!

National Artichoke Heart Day: Thursday, March 16

Another happy hour dish to try is our Carciofi Pesto starter, a warm dip with artichoke hearts served alongside crostini bread. But be warned: this dish is so good that once you start, you’ll have a hard time stopping!
