We first start with our handmade pasta dough and top with a dollop of our cheese, spinach, and herb mix.
Then, one by one, our kitchen team lovingly folds them into the traditional tortelloni shape. This is no easy feat, since each one is done by hand and carefully shaped into something you’d be proud to post on your Instagram feed!
