Every brunch needs a burrito, and we can’t help but feel like we’ve mastered the craft on this one. Named for the famous Burnout Beach in Torrance, this Californian/Italian fusion is the perfect dish to kick off your South Bay brunch. Fluffy scrambled eggs are folded into a mix of hash browns, melty mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, and crispy pancetta, then wrapped in a flour tortilla. Our cilantro pesto dipping sauce transforms this into a savory dish you’ll come back for again and again. The Burnout Burrito is served exclusively on our weekend brunch menu.
Everyone loves a po’ boy sandwich, and we knew that our calamari would make the perfect Italian twist on the New Orleans classic. Lightly fried, crispy calamari is served between our toasted ciabatta bread with housemade lemon aioli and fresh arugula. Simple yet bursting with flavor, this is one of our favorite paninis we’ve had on the menu. You can enjoy this dish every day before 3:00 p.m. on our lunch specials menu.
For friends brunching in celebration of a birthday, special occasion, or just toasting to the South Bay sunshine, our new Celebration Shot is worth raising a glass with! We shake Redondo Beach local Later Days cold brew with Tru vodka and Dolce Nero, then top it with a cantuccini cookie. It’s the perfect way to kickstart your brunch or finish it with dessert. This shot is available every day on our beverages menu.
If you’ve never had a drink that tastes like a warm summer breeze, then you haven’t stopped by yet to try our new Lavender Spritz cocktail. This lightly sweet drink will transport you to the lavender fields in Tuscany. We mix lavender syrup, fresh citrus, and Italicus liquor then top it with prosecco for the perfect brunch cocktail. You can enjoy this sparkling drink every day on our beverages menu, and $3 off during our daily happy hour.
Is it even summertime if you’re not holding a watermelon-infused drink? We don’t think so. That’s why we’ve debuted our new Watermelon Fizz cocktail, a light and refreshing spritzer featuring El Cristiano tequila. The tequila is shaken with fresh watermelon, mint, and our housemade citrus blend, then topped with sparkling water.
