Today, we’re introducing you to their favorite lunchtime delights. From classic comfort food to rotating culinary creations, they’re uncovering the treasures that make our lunch menu an unforgettable experience.

Short Rib Sandwich

“Picture this: tender and juicy short ribs, slow-braised to perfection with our Il Fauno wine and served between two slices of perfectly toasted ciabatta. Oh, and let’s not forget about the mozzarella, caramelized onions and the roasted peppers, adding that sweet and smoky twist to every single bite. And here’s the kicker—the rafano cream sauce! It’s got a tangy and mildly spicy kick that’ll take this sandwich to a whole new level. Trust me, this sandwich is worth every single mouthful!” – Dayna

“Let me tell you why I’m totally obsessed with the Betto Box. For someone who eats here several times a week like me, it’s something totally different every time. You never know what surprise the chef has in store for you. One day, it’s tender braised short ribs that melt in your mouth, and the next, it’s a fun twist on one of our house-famous pasta dishes. I love how it’s always something new, something exciting, and honestly, I can’t get enough of it.” – Sonia

Povero Panini

“You’ve gotta try our calamari Po’ Boy—it’s a total flavor explosion! First, you have the most crispy calamari that’s perfectly fried to golden perfection, giving you that satisfying crunch with every bite. Then, we top it off with fresh arugula, adding a little bit of peppery goodness that cuts through the richness of the calamari. But here’s the real magic: the lemon aioli! The combination of the tang and creaminess just brings it all together. And of course, you have our toasted ciabatta, which is an obvious favorite. I promise, once you’ve tried the Povero Panini, you’ll be hooked.” – Roman

Watermelon Panzanella

“I love a good salad, but not the old tired stuff you can get just anywhere. That’s why I love the Watermelon Panzanella, it’s got all these fresh and vibrant ingredients that just work together like a dream. The combination of the peppery arugula and sweet watermelon is a game-changer. And then, the feta comes in, bringing this creamy and salty goodness that balances everything out. Oh, and don’t even get me started on the rosemary croutons – they’re like little bites of heaven! I like to add a piece of grilled salmon to it to keep me fuller longer. Our salmon is so good – it’s tender, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Seriously, this salad is a total winner!” – Mandi
