Short Rib Sandwich

“You’ve gotta try our calamari Po’ Boy—it’s a total flavor explosion! First, you have the most crispy calamari that’s perfectly fried to golden perfection, giving you that satisfying crunch with every bite. Then, we top it off with fresh arugula, adding a little bit of peppery goodness that cuts through the richness of the calamari. But here’s the real magic: the lemon aioli! The combination of the tang and creaminess just brings it all together. And of course, you have our toasted ciabatta, which is an obvious favorite. That’s why I love the Watermelon Panzanella, it’s got all these fresh and vibrant ingredients that just work together like a dream. The combination of the peppery arugula and sweet watermelon is a game-changer. And then, the feta comes in, bringing this creamy and salty goodness that balances everything out. Oh, and don’t even get me started on the rosemary croutons – they’re like little bites of heaven! I like to add a piece of grilled salmon to it to keep me fuller longer.
